Purple Crow, Reynolds Boulevard | Opening date TBD | The company plans to invest $50 million and generate 199 new jobs by 2028 as part of the expansion.
The Crest, 102 S. Cherry St., | April 2024 | The historic venue will be a one-stop shop for those looking to tie the knot — the carriage house is set to be completed in the upcoming months.

Salem Parkway Multi-Use Path West, Downtown Winston-Salem | Opening date TBD | The new pathway connection between Peters Creek Parkway and Truist Stadium to Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist will have pedestrian-friendly roads to encourage walkability.
La Barberia Social Club, 5583 Robin Lark Circle | Spring 2024 | More than just a haircut or a trim, customers will have access to pool table, video games, and more to keep themselves entertained before their appointment.

Sushi Rose, 247 E. 5th St. | Opening date TBD | The Japanese-Latin dining experience comes with cocktails and wine — menu items include signature torched jalapeños, crispy rice tuna, nigiri, and sashimi tiradito.
Dutch Light Bar, 450 N. Patterson Ave. | Summer 2024 | The craft cocktail bar features a greenhouse-style design environment on the second level at Bailey Park.
Simply Sonya’s, 985 Peters Creek Pkwy. | Spring/Summer 2024 | The restaurant’s menu includes wings, oxtails, banana pudding, and peach cobbler.
Wingstop, 656 Hanes Mall Blvd. | TBD | The menu includes 11 flavors of wings, including hand-cut fries, corn, veggie sticks, brownies and sodas.
Eggs Up Grill, 1965 N. Peace Haven Rd. | Summer 2024 | The restaurant will serve breakfast, lunch, and brunch seven days a week from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Irie Plates restaurant, 1539 Hanes Mall Blvd. | Spring 2024 | The Jamaican restaurant will serve food like jerk chicken, oxtail, curry goat, and more.

Coliseum Park Plaza, 711 Coliseum Plaza Ct. | Fall 2024 | The hub will have sensory gyms, treatment rooms, and a demonstration kitchen to serve local children and families.
Bruson Elementary School, 1201 Patterson Ave. | TBD | The new budget for this location amounts to $52.4 million after County Commissioners revised the project in late December 2023.

Name TBD (Mini ROAR), 3456 Robinhood Rd. | Winter 2024/Spring 2025 | The new location will offer a family-friendly environment and entertainment options for children.
Miller’s Variety Store, 622 N. Trade St. | Spring 2024 | The sports bar will be outfitted with pool tables, foosball, shuffleboard, and a virtual dart board.

Little Pep, 533 N. Trade St. | TBD | The snack and wine bar + shop will offer pantry items, scented candles, and merch.

Choice Neighborhoods, 1135 E. 15th St. | Fall 2027 | Although Phase 1 (Brown
School site) was completed earlier this year, the new community will eventually consist of three-story senior living, townhomes, apartments, and outdoor spaces for families.
The Sutton, Robinhood Road @ Meadowlark Drive | TBD | The new luxury apartment complex will feature studios, one, two, and three bedrooms with a shopping center nearby.

Two Cities Church, 1001 N. Patterson Ave. | December 2023 | The new facility occupies about nine acres in Industry Hill and serves as a central worship space for the community.
