With warmer days ahead, it’s time to put some spring in your step and hit the trails.

Taking a hike is a great way to stay active. There are so many benefits to regularly walking, like maintaining a healthy weight, improving balance, strengthening bones and muscles, and more.

Plus, exercising outdoors is a natural way to increase vitamin D with sunlight. Did you know? Just 20 minutes outside each day can improve mood and increase vitamin D.

Studies show that exposure to sunshine brings major benefits, from more energy and reduced stress to better sleep. (Yes, please.)

Here are three hiking trails to check out for every level so you can stay active while taking in breathtaking views.
